The bellows will be stainless steel and the hub will be aluminium , hollow shaft  will be aluminium upto 300Nm and 300Nm and above it will be steel.

Line Shafts with metal bellows

With KBK line shafts, high distances between shaft ends are no longer a problem. These line shafts are precisely manufactured with an accuracy of one millimeter according to the requested length. An extremely light and rigid precision tube made of aluminum contributes to the high performance. Therefore, it is the perfect solution to synchronize both linear units and lifting gears. This type, which is also called drive shaft, is both available as metal bellow and elastomer coupling - but we are also able to produce one-sided rigid versions or completely rigid versions.
